  • Friday evening, Saturday morning, High Holiday & Festival Services Prayer Leader, Leads Shiva minyanim, Responsible for all Torah Readings-modified triennial cycle, Haftarah chanting, Directs B’nai Mitzvah program, prepares all binders and recordings for all B’nai Mitzvah students (20-40 per year), Tutors B’nai Mitzvah students, trains others to chant Torah, created Torah Club to keep adults and post B’nai mitzvah students involved, Directs Temple Choir, Creates upbeat, fun music services, Pastoral hospital visits

  • Created and initiated unique programs and services

  • Created Torah Picture Project: photographed every individual Torah portion for weekly services, B’nai Mitzvah students, High Holidays, and Family Worship Services in order that students and every Torah chanter may view the Torah from their own homes and know visually what it will look like in advance so that they can feel, and be, as prepared and confident as possible to chant.

  • Hebrew school music sessions: brought music into the Beit Sefer to uplift and inspire the children in the Hebrew school and get them excited about upcoming holidays and services; created and deigned all music handouts.

  • Introduced new music and instituted congregational interaction/participation into the High Holy Days
